Text reminders that cut no-shows on landscaping routes
A text the night before a job solves more problems in landscaping than any other single message.
Gates get unlocked, dogs get brought in, cars get moved, and the customer who would have called to ask when you are coming does not call at all.
It also protects the route. A skipped stop is not just lost revenue, it is a hole in a day you cannot refill at short notice.
Keep it plain: who is coming, roughly when, and what they need to do. Marketing dressed up as a reminder gets ignored, and then the real reminders get ignored too.
Send the arrival message as well. "We're on the way" is the message customers mention in reviews, and it costs nothing to send.
