Pest Control
Getting paid faster in pest control without chasing anyone yourself
Chasing money is the part of pest control nobody starts a business to do, and the part that decides whether the season was worth it.
The delay is usually structural, not personal. Invoices go out days after the treatment because the office happens at night. Customers pay in the order things arrive, so a late invoice is a late payment.
Invoice the day the work is done and most of the problem disappears. The customer remembers the visit and the amount looks fair.
Then remove the friction: a card on file, a link in the text, no logging in, no cheque, no posting.
What is left is a short list of genuinely late accounts, which somebody else can work through — and there is real value in that somebody not being the owner the customer sees every month.
