Lawn Spraying
Setting lawn spraying pricing formulas you can hand to someone else
Most lawn spraying pricing lives in the owner's head, which is why the owner writes every estimate.
It usually is a formula — a rate per square foot, a minimum, adjustments for access and condition — it has simply never been written down. Until it is, nobody else can quote, and you are the bottleneck on every job you sell.
Write it down once and two things change. Estimates can be produced by someone else, and your prices stop drifting with your mood and the season.
Include the minimum. Almost every unprofitable lawn spraying job is a small property priced by area with no floor under it.
Approve the formula once, and after that the estimates can be measured, priced and sent without you touching them — while still being priced exactly the way you would have priced them.
